Surrey Historic Environment Record


Covid-19 status update -The Surrey HER continues to operate and offer the majority of its search and enquiry services, with the exception of report scanning and customer visits to consult items held in its physical collections. Please also be aware the HER is in the midst of a move from County Hall in Kingston to a new office base in Woking, and as a result many of its printed resources will be either inaccessible or very difficult to access for team members on behalf of customers during the early part of 2021. Lastly, all HER team members are working from home so are unable to receive and respond to enquiries sent by post or telephone; please email her@surreycc.gov.uk with all correspondence.
